This interim analysis of Work Package 2’s (WP2) Product Implementation highlights strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) identified during the first two years of the project. These findings demonstrate that the tasks and deliverables for the period have been met, and even exceeded, while also illustrating a need for further strategizing, especially for products that require legacy plans beyond PREP4BLUE’s term in order to avoid losing tools instrumental to the Mission.
