This deliverable provides an in-depth overview of the open calls management and premium service delivery procedures established by HSbooster.eu. This project has developed a robust methodology to offer consultancy services to European Commission funded R&I projects through an Open Call system. This document is the first of two reports that present the main statistics and outcomes of the open calls for external experts and projects.

The HSbooster.eu project has received over 70 project applications and recruited more than 150 experts so far, providing valuable insights into the challenges and barriers to applications and service delivery. This document showcases the platform's open calls management and premium service delivery procedures and the importance of monitoring tools to ensure the successful running of the services. The report covers the external pool of experts, project applications and eligibility, expert and project matching, and service delivery procedures. Additionally, the report presents a monitoring tool to track the progress of the service delivery and identifies lessons learned and contingencies for future reference. The project is committed to delivering a rich set of recommendations for the future EU standardisation booster service, drawing from its lessons learned. The project team will continue to gather insights and implement recommendations to ensure the success of this pilot.
