The main purpose of this task is to transfer the ePLANET methodology and platform using the training material developed in Work Package 4 (WP4). The way forward was described in the Replication and Networking plan (D5.1) developed at the beginning of the project in January 2022. This plan has a section dedicated to scale-up activities at national and within the regions of ePLANET pilot sites.

The overall aim of these activities was to include more public authorities in the project. Each pilot site partner organised 2 national webinars and 1 workshop. They were also in charge of reaching out to the target audience in their country and region, focusing on authorities who had not been actively engaged in the project so far.
The activities we will focus on in this deliverable are: 6 scale up public webinars to showcase the platform, disseminate the project outcomes and for peer mentoring between public authorities to build up capacity on national level.

The specific agenda of each activity has been defined within the pilot region, taking the local needs and circumstances into account. Most of the webinars have been recorded and made available online on the ePLANET website, YouTube channel, and project partners’ websites to engage further municipalities that could not participate on the day.

Each activity has been summarised within the ePLANET report template to document the findings and lessons learned for other partners in English.
