This deliverable presents the overall DEC strategy of the FIERCE project. It defines clear and coherent
messages tailored to the various project target groups identified in the strategy, reflecting the diversity
of these actors. It includes an overview of communication channels (such as the project website, flyer,
social media etc.), presents the project’s visual identity, gives a detailed plan for communicating the
various project results and addresses the evaluation of the strategy’s implementation. In addition, it
presents the community of stakeholders to be engaged throughout the project’s lifetime and beyond
and the preliminary exploitation plan to be followed by the project ensuring the sustainability of the
project results.
The aim is to put in place all necessary actions to achieve the desired goals, provide guidelines to
partners about the DEC activities through a coherent and structured approach, and to monitor these
activities to properly adjust their implementation if necessary.
