Description
The Dissemination and Communication Plan is a compendium of different complementary actions aimed at promoting the Pro-Enrich project and its results among both the general public and the scientific community.
The plan proposes the overall activities, target groups, stakeholders and target values to be achieved related with the dissemination and communication activities for the entire project period of 42 (originally 36) months.
The 1st edition of the D&C Plan, covering the period from M1 to M12, focused on development of a project website, communication materials including brochures, roll-ups, flyers and fact sheets. During the second half of the first year, activities also included attending conferences and preparation of publications. An overview of activities conducted during the first year of the project can be found in Annex 3. For details see D7.8 - 1st Pro-Enrich event annual report.
The 2nd edition of the D&C Plan, covering the period from M13 to M24, focused on dissemination activities, including promotion of the project and its results at events targeting the general public, the scientific community and industry. For details see D7.9 – 2nd Pro-Enrich event annual report.
The 3rd edition, covering the period M25 to M36, included an updated plan for dissemination activities to be performed during the last year of the project. Due to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic it was expected that this plan would be changed along the way depending on the developments of the pandemic which were unknown at the time. Alternative possibilities to achieve the D&C targets were though out along the way. For details see D7.10 - 3rd Pro-Enrich event annual report.
The current 4th edition, covering the period M1 – M42, will provide an overview of the activities performed in the entire project period including the additional six months project extension that were granted as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic. The communication to the public of the results achieved in the project has been done in a way so not to compromise any IPR for the partners involved. In this context new dissemination materials, including a results poster, brochure, and a roll-up have been developed.
