EURAF: Informe de Politica #44 (v3), impulsado por LIFE AgroForAdapt actualiza una revisión previa de las políticas relacionadas con los sistemas agroforestales en el Plan Estratégico de la PAC española. Esta nueva versión añade secciones sobre políticas medioambientales más allá de la PAC, incluyendo el Marco de Certificación de Absorciones de Carbono, el Reglamento LULUCF, el Reglamento de Restauración de la Naturaleza, la Comunicación de Créditos de la Naturaleza, el Plan Nacional de Energía y Clima de España y Estrategias Regionales de Adaptación al Clima. También analiza las respuestas a un cuestionario completado por 127 actores agroforestales en España en otoño de 2025 y de los resultados de un taller en línea con representantes de gobiernos, sindicatos y ONGs celebrado en noviembre de 2025. También se incluyen veinte recomendaciones de acción para su consideración por MAPA, MITECO y las Comunidades Autónomas.

EURAF Policy Briefing #44 (v3), authored by the LIFE AgrofAdapt project, updates a previous review of agroforestry related policies in the Spanish CAP Strategic Plan. It adds sections on environmental policies beyond the CAP, including the Carbon Removals Certification Framework, the LULUCF Regulation, the Nature Restoration Regulation, the Nature Credits Communication, the Spanish National Energy and Climate Plan and selected Regional Climate Adaptation Strategies. It also benefits from responses to a questionnaire sent to agroforestry stakeholders in October 2025 and results from a workshop for experts from governments, unions and NGOs held in November 2025. Twenty  recommendations for action are given for consideration by MAPA, MITECO and the Autonomous Communities.
