Description
The report represents the findings of research conducted under the auspices of the Work Package 3 titled “Analysis of AI Skills Needs and Gaps in Retail” of the “InAIR: Increasing the Uptake of AI in Retail” project, Coordination and Support Action funded by the European Union'’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation programme under Grant Agreement No. 101133847.
The aim of this report is to fulfill the first specific objective of the project, which is to identify the AI skill needs and gaps for MSMEs in the retail sector in Cyprus, Germany, Italy, Poland and Romania.
This research aims to guide retail sector companies and their employees through the digital revolution.
