Description
This document presents the abstract and structure of a workshop titled "Engaging STEM Education Through Educational Videogames: Present and Future Possibilities," which explores the use of educational videogames to enhance STEM learning. It introduces two multilingual games developed within the Horizon 2020 projects Imptox (Microplastic Madness - Catching PlastikPunk) and InterLynk (Tissue Trek - The Scaffold Safari) and outlines their educational value, accessibility, and theoretical foundation. The workshop also proposes a future digital platform where students can create and share their own educational games, promoting interdisciplinary learning, creativity, and peer collaboration.
