This document is part of Work Package 6 (WP6) entitled “Impact and Outreach”, which started in Month 1 (M1) and will end in Month 36 (M36). It is the final result of the work carried out in Task 6.3 “Sustainability and Exploitation” (M3–M36). It represents a key deliverable of the work package to ensure the future exploitation of the main project results. GreenSCENT's communication, dissemination and exploitation initiatives started in M1 and will continue until the end of the project in M36. Although these activities are interrelated, they cover different facets and stages of the project.
The focus of this deliverable is on several points.
Firstly, it aims to provide an overview of the exploitation objectives and the exploitation strategy.
Secondly, it provides a list of the Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and includes the individual exploitation plans that each partner will promote to separately exploit the outcomes and results of their own work on the project. This information has been collected from each partner involved in the project.
Thirdly, the final Business Plan is presented, which deals with a possible strategy for the joint commercial exploitation of the project results and outcomes by some of the partners. This collective process is thus led by a consortium of partners who wish to participate and involves a series of steps to define the nature of the csortium itself, the relationship between the partners, the market positioning and the nature of the commercial offer. This effort has been organised and presented in the context of the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC), a pioneering approach designed to provide a comprehensive and nuanced perspective for strategic planning and execution that includes economic, environmental and social aspects.
The deliverable cites some of the results reported in previously published WP6 deliverables. For example, it cites the market analysis and preliminary individual exploitation plans reported in Deliverable D6.8 (Dissemination Communication and Exploitation First Report) and the final results of the communication and dissemination activities reported in D6.3 (Communication and Dissemination Report).
