CODECO Deliverable D6, "Risk Assessment and Management Intermediate Report," gives insight into the occurrence of risks and their mitigation during the first 18 months of the CODECO project. The deliverable details the risk status, and mitigation actions taken, and proposes additional mitigation measures that should be considered during the next phase of development of CODECO.
