Description
This deliverable D5.1 entitled “DIGILAB Implementation Plan” is part of E-RIHS work package WP5 “Access and digital services of E-RIHS” and more specifically the task T5.1 “Steps towards building DIGILAB”. This deliverable aims at: (a) formulating a shared vision for the role of DIGILAB, and (b) proposing a road map for the implementation of DIGILAB. It defines the place and the role of DIGILAB in E-RIHS (see section 1) and presents the updated version of the conceptual plan and overall schema for DIGILAB (see section 2). The implementation road map deliverable has been carried out based on the results gather during the E-RIHS community workshops (see section 3) and the survey on existing resources and services for DIGILAB (see section 4). The implementation strategy is developed in 4 different layers and a 5-year tentative timeline is outlined along with a Business Process Model and cost analysis (see section 5).
