The document describes the process of defining a comprehensive quadruple helix model within the new generation of living labs that the INTEGER project is piloting and
experimenting with active & relevant actors from the quadruple helix spectrum from the three European regions (Catalonia, Krakow and Hamburg) from INTEGER project .

The basic principles, structure, modules and content of the model have gone through a process of co-creation that started with the project partners and was extended early in the project to key actors from the quadruple helix spectrum, identified by the partners from the three European regions, mentioned above. The engagement of these stakeholders resulted into a deeper involvement from some as they volunteered to actively participate and offer their systemic approach, their in-depth knowledge, background and expertise in the field of health and wellbeing and in their experience working in co-creation processes with actors from the different helices.

The model went through an iterative procedure of co-creation, re-defining, contrasting and experimentation in real settings from the model event, to the Col·laborathons at each of the regions. It is being tested with on-site and on-line interventions so that this model can best serve its stakeholders and ecosystem beneficiaries.
