Description
The main goal of this deliverable is to evaluate methods and tools used by Member States (MS) for the design and monitoring of their CSPs 2023-2027. The rationale behind the evaluation is to shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of the different tools employed, in order to highlight possible areas of improvement, identify in which tasks of the policy design and monitoring they can be most useful, and ultimately facilitate their replication for the next generation CSPs. The evaluation focuses on tools already employed by MSs for the CSPs 2023-2027; however, we also included policy analysis tools that are commonly employed by the European Commission for the evaluation of the CAP, as they could complement the activities carried out by MSs.
