These folders contain raster files of the four study sites in four European countries (Switzerland, Germany, Spain and Greece), which were created in the frame of the E4Warning project (https://www.e4warning.eu). Each raster corresponds to the monthly prediction of habitat suitability for the year 2022 for a total of 228 unique bird species. 

The R script created to calculate the habitat suitability and produce the rasters is available on Github: https://github.com/E4Warning/WP5/tree/main/Deliverable_D5.1. An R script that helps to summarize and evaluate the information about the contents of rasters is also available on GitHub.
