Description
This survey was part of a European research project that aims at leading construction sites into the Industry 4.0 revolution. The project's name is BIMProve: https://www.bimprove-h2020.eu/. We work with 3 demonstrators in Norway, Spain and Switzerland, where we test different technologies, among them drones, VR, AR, and ground-robots. We now want to map the global start-up ecosystem working with and for the building and construction industry, with a specific focus on technologies, business models, and collaboration with academia. SINTEF is the institution responsible for the project (https://www.sintef.no/).
