PROTEIN 2.0 survey data
Description
The dataset has been collected in the project Protein 2.0. The project explores consumer perception of synthetic / cultured protein products like meat, fish, or dairy. We thank Rashid Maqbool for his contribution to the development of the survey, Fie Følbæk Gravgaard for the translation of the Danish version, Knut Weberg for the translation of the Norwegian version of the survey, and Hanna L. Tuomisto for commenting the translation of the Finnish version of the survey.
