This community includes publications, datasets and other published material developed in the context of the INTEREPT-MDS project. INTERCEPT-MDS brings together 10 European public and private institutions in a European network of experts in leukaemia, epigenetics and single-cell genomics. Through a multidisciplinary and multisectoral approach, INTERCEPT-MDS trains 12 PhD fellows in the novel field of disease interception: treating a disease before it fully develops by removing altered cells.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie SkÅ‚odowska-Curie grant agreement No 953407.
