GLOWOPT project funded by the Clean Sky 2 JU, will provide aviation stakeholders with aircraft design-related climate functions which will significantly contribute to speeding up the development of "green" aircraft. The project consortium comprises of two universities; Hamburg University of Technology and Delft University of Technology.

The high-level objective of the proposed GLOWOPT project is the development and validation of Climate Functions for Aircraft Design with respect to minimizing global warming and their application to the multidisciplinary design optimization of next-generation aircraft for relevant market segments.
