Description
FIGURE 1. Phylogenetic tree depicting the relationships of Mucor tofus sp. nov. and related species based on the maximum likelihood (ML) analysis of rDNA ITS sequences. Backusella grandis and B. lamprospota were used as the outgroups. Support values of maximum likelihood bootstrap proportion (MLBP), maximum parsimony bootstrap support (MPBS) and Bayesian inference posterior probability (BPP) are shown along the branches. Dash (-) indicates nodes with MLBP<70%, MPBS<70% or BPP<0.95. New taxa are in red and extype isolates are in bold.
