Transparent Informatics: A Foundation for Precision Medicine

Description

On June 20th, 2013, the Arvados project was recognized by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy at its 'Open Science' Champions of Change event. The free and open-source Arvados project and the public domain Harvard Personal Genome Project data could become important building blocks for precision medicine. We invite all organizations to adapt the work presented in this poster for use in clinical practice or biomedical research. We will further elaborate on our vision for "transparent informatics" resources in a subsequent article.
