Sneak Peek at vendor-neutral sequences (VENUS) in a proprietary sky
Description
Presented at the Workshop on MRI Acquisition & Reconstruction organized by Martinos Center: https://mriworkshop.mgh.harvard.edu/
In this talk, I presented our initial findings from our first multi-center experiment: one healthy participant, the ISMRM/NIST sytem phantom and 3 clinical scanners (at 3 Tesla).
We collected data for MTsat imaging, first using vendor-native sequences available on all scanners. Then, we deployed our vendor-neutral sequence (https://github.com/qmrlab/pulse_sequences).
