Description
We provide additional data like genome sequences, gene annotation, functional annotation for D. floralis we used to generate results described in our manuscript "Mechanisms of isothiocyanate detoxification in larvae of two belowground herbivores, Delia radicum and D. floralis (Diptera: Anthomyiidae)". We also provide resluting DESeq2 counts including log2-fold changes and corresponding statistics.
In addition we provide intermediate results on the assembly and annotation of unmapped reads.
