Dataset produced by Sagremarisco at Sagres (SW Portugal) pilot site as part of the GAIN project
Description
The dataset includes insitu data collected at the Sagres pilot site, data from Hobo Sensors, data from the moored bouy, remote sensing data correspondent to the pixel of the study site. Includes phytoplankton counts, spectrophotometric chlorophyll as well as HPLC phytoplankton pigments.
