Description
These results are the product of tasks 5.2. Using the spatially explicit land-use model CLUMondo, we run high-resolution (1km) scenarios that quantify potential land-use change and land management changes under each of the NFF storylines (T5.1), following an SSP1 baseline. These are an updated version of the 'Preliminary land use scenarios for Nature Future Framework' (doi: 10.5281/zenodo.14228230), with improvements following the round of feedback received. Specifically, the updates consist of:
- Additional stakeholder workshops to test model assumptions
- Updating the baseline to represent the midpoint of the NFF triangle (following an SSP1 socioeconomic trajectory)
- Improving the internal consistancy of the scenarios to better match the storylines
- Capturing more comprehensively EU environmental laws regulations and targets
- Updating relevant data with other WP outputs
