The main objectives of the workshop are the following:

• Introduce the concepts underpinning stakeholder mapping & management
• Provide templates and guidance to begin the stakeholder mapping process for organisations
• Discuss the different types of stakeholders and approaches to engaging them in your project
• Introduce a systems thinking approach for AI
• Combine systems thinking and stakeholder management to design an effective long-term stakeholder strategy for business
