Stakeholder Management in AI: Preparing for stakeholder engagement strategy

• provide template and guidance to begin the stakeholder mapping process for organisations
• Discuss the different types of stakeholders and approaches to engaging them in your project
• introduce a systems thinking approach to design an effective strategy for the long term in business
