Increasing yields by using intercropping, pruning, and mulching with Piliostigma shrubs

Description

This poster, produced in collaboration with scientists and farmers, aims to facilitate discussions with farmers about the benefits of pruning and mulching local shrubs intercropped with sorghum to increase crop yields in the Sahel. The research findings, highlight how adding organic matter can improve soil fertility and moisture retention, leading to enhanced productivity compared to fields without organic inputs.
