Description

The EOSC EDEN Communication, Dissemination and Engagement Plan defines the engagement strategy and planned activities to increase expert involvement in the development, testing, and validation cycles of the outputs of EOSC EDEN. This plan describes engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, e.g. through synchronisation and alignment with pertinent INFRAEOSC projects and relevant bodies under the EOSC umbrella (e.g. EOSC-A, emerging national EOSC Nodes), networks of service providers, and especially repositories and archives. The communication strategy and plan have been designed to increase the awareness of digital preservation at large and support the EOSC EDEN dissemination and stakeholder engagement activities, helping the project to maximise its impact. This Communication, Dissemination, and Engagement Plan is a living document that will be updated throughout the project lifecycle. Its initial version was prepared under Work Package 4 as deliverable D4.1 and will receive its final update in 36 months.
