Tech vs environmental crimes - PRODIGEES research in Mexico

In this video, Lorenzo Colantoni from Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), Italy presents the research conducted during his PRODIGEES secondment to Instituto Mora, Mexico. 

His research focused on the analysis of new technologies to facilitate trade of agricultural commodities (coffee in particular), with specific attention to the European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). Lorenzo Colantoni also studied measures to combat environmental crimes on a global scale, focusing on technologies such as satellite imagery analysis and drones.
