This poster, presented at SUPPORTER's final conference, presents one of the grounding actions undertaken by the West University of Timisoara towards gender equality in sports: Embedding inclusivity in the teaching curriculum.

A structured observation-based approach was created to integrate gender+ equality principles into the teaching curriculum. Students used a specially designed form to assess how practical sports lessons addressed inclusion, innovation, and gender-based violence prevention across disciplines like basketball, karate, jogging, and HIIT. The results of the form were used to enhance the teaching curriculum.
