Crossed Lines: Gender Identity, Inclusion, and Fair Play in Sport (NSA)
Description
The SUPPORTER project aims to foster gender-related, sustainable, and transformative institutional changes in sports higher education institutions paying specific attention to the challenge of gender-based violence and leading to the development of inclusive, innovative, intersectional and impactful gender equality plans (4I-GEPs). These include a set of grounding actions towards to achieve institutional changes.
This poster, presented at SUPPORTER's final conference, presents one of the grounding actions undertaken by the National Sports Academy “Vassil Levski” (NSA) in Bulgaria on advancing gender equality in sports through capacity building and dialogue.
The National Sports Academy is committed to building institutional and sector-wide capacity through regular dialogue-based trainings, scientific forums, and panel discussions. These events serve as platforms for exchange, where academia meets practice, and where innovative approaches to gender equality are developed through multi-stakeholder participation.
