Description
This is the data associated with a surveillance simulator to determine detection time, detection failure and overall survey probability of detection for NIS introduced at seed site(s) with different surveillance efforts (assumes no spread). It may include variation in method detection probability relative to abundance at each site as defined by a detection dynamic. The data is split into two folders Theoretical_Simulations and Empirical_Simulations.

(github.com). The Empirical_Simulations folder contains its own scripts alongside the data which are derived from the scripts in the main github in order to interact with the empirical risk data.
