Description

The Template Wizard at NanoSafety Data Interface https://search.data.enanomapper.net/ provides an user-friendly  online form that allows users to select a specific end-point and to specify essential information about the experiment they will perform and for which they require a data (and associated metadata) capture template.

Specific HTS_METADATA template allow users to annotate HTS experimental data with meaningful metadata while ensuring consistency and harmonization.

The template for HTS metadata include the following sheets:

1. Front sheet

  • Well address: Specific well address from used plate (e.g. A1, A2,...)
  • Sample name: Select the sample name from the drop-down menu, or enter it if it is no available.
  • Sample code: Internal sample code (if you used) in your laboratory.
  • Concentration: Used material concentration in ug/ml.

2. Files

  • Replicate: Specific experimental replicate (e.g. S1, S2, or R1, R2, or 1, 2 ......)
  • Time: Treatment time (e.g. 24h, 2 days, ....)
  • Endpoint: Specific endpoint (Cell-TiterGlo, AlamarBlue ....) This cell could contain endpoints separated by "," because a single file (e.g. received txt files from a high-content imaging station) could contain more than one endpoint.
  • Cell: Treated cell line
  • Date: Date of experiment (optional)
  • Filename: filename with experimental results with extension.

          * The "Files sheet" can be automatically populated if the filenames follow this specific format:                 Replicate_time_endpoint_cell.extension
