The presentations delivered during the mid-term symposium of the Root2Res project held at the ESA Congress in Rennes on 29/08/2024 include an introduction to the Root2Res project, Ideotypes, Plasticity of traits and its use to study Rizosphere, and Root Phenotyping with contributions from Jean-Pierre Cohan (ARIVALIS), Tim George (JHI), Christina Baxter (ADAS), Charlotte White (ADAS), Pete Berry (ADAS), Ben Hague (ADAS), Damian Hatley (ADAS), Doris Vetterlein (UFZ), Raffaella Balestrini (CNR), Eva Oburger (BOKU), Katia Beauchêne (ARVALIS).
