This is a presentation University of Oulu (UOU) disseminated at AIIOT24 (https://vit.ac.in/AIIoT2024/) in collaboration with Aalto University. The part presented by UOU highlights and acknowledges the ongoing EU projects, including DESIRE6G and related research that are managed within ICON research group  of ITEE-UOU. Sumudi Samarakoon delivered the talk, representing the ICON research group.
