Stroke Prognostication in Patients Treated with Thrombolysis Using Random Forest - Materials

This collection comprises five key files essential for our research:

• dataset.csv: The raw dataset, unnormalized.
• dataset_l2norm.csv: The dataset normalized using the L2 norm, prepared for machine learning input.
• brain_mask.zip: A collection of CT scan images that have been masked.
• conventional_learning.ipynb: Jupyter notebook containing code for building conventional machine learning models.
• deep_learning.ipynb: Jupyter notebook containing code for developing deep learning models.
