Alzheimer Disease PGS Aggregated Ranked

Description

This dataset represents a comprehensive resource for Alzheimer's Disease Polygenic Scores (AD PGSs) with enhanced annotations and aggregated rankings of genetic variants. This dataset is intended to facilitate detailed exploration and comparison of the genetic factors contributing to Alzheimer's Disease, thus assisting researchers in identifying key genetic variations and their implications in the disease.
Below are the descriptions of the columns in the dataset:

hm_rsID: Reference SNP ID from dbSNP database.
hm_chr: Chromosome number where the SNP is located.
hm_pos: Position of the SNP on the chromosome.
annot.symbol: Gene symbol associated with the SNP.
annot.type: Type of genetic annotation (e.g., intronic, exonic).
weighted_means: Weighted mean of polygenic scores across different studies.
mean reciprocal rank (Dowdall): Mean reciprocal rank of SNPs, used in rank aggregation, following Dowdall's method.
RRA_score: Robust Rank Aggregation score.
Stuart_score: Score based on Stuart's method of rank aggregation.
Min_score: Minimum rank score across all aggregated studies.
Geo_score: Geometric mean score.
Mean_score: Arithmetic mean of all rank scores.
Med_score: Median of the rank scores.
