ADVANCE WP7 - Presentation: Vulnerability and mental health risks in the Dutch workplace
Description
The objective of this presentation is to offer insights into specific employee groups within small-to-medium enterprises in the Netherlands that may be considered more vulnerable to mental health issues. Building on these findings, a proposed shift towards a dynamic and interactive viewpoint on mental health 'vulnerability' is advocated, emphasizing the identification of risk factors that may amplify vulnerability through their interaction.
