Description
The subject of the study. The article analyzes the mechanisms of creativity development in
business, where a part of intellectual and creative resources is invested in industries where intangible
results are "real" and significant.
Research methods. It has been studied that the creative economy is a special sector of the
economy, in which the markets, depending on the classification factors, are united by one common
feature – they are based on the use of personnel knowledge in the production of new and creative
products, where the products of the creative economy are goods and services, the emergence which
is impossible without the active involvement of their creator.
Work results. It was determined that intellectual resources, innovations and globalization
processes are the source of the spread of creativity in business – this is one of the intensively growing
sectors of the economy not only from the point of view of income generation, but also the creation of
jobs and export revenues.
Conclusions. Based on the conducted research, the management of business structures as an
effective mechanism of creative development describes the impact of building business mechanisms
on resource consumption, taking into account the main economic factors, with a description of the key
possible consequences of business structures based on creativity for the economy of Ukraine.
