Mecanologia e sonologia: reverberações da modulação em anel no panorama sonoro do século XX

The text presents an approach between the Gilbert Simondon's philosophy of technique and Sonology and the Sound Studies, taking as initial framework the development and the employment of heterodyning and of the ring modulation in different sound practices of 20th century. At the end, the potential contribution of mechanology to sonology is discussed.
