Isolates from the present study are highlighted in bold. Ex-types are indicated with a "T" after the taxon label. Significant bootstrap (≥70%) and posterior probabilities (≥0.95) values are shown above the branches. The scale bar indicates the estimated number of substitutions per site. The tree is rooted with C. magnum.
