RESPECTAREA DREPTURILOR OMULUI ÎN ACTIVITATEA SPECIALĂ DE INVESTIGAȚII RESPECT FOR HUMAN RIGHTS IN SPECIAL INVESTIGATIVE WORK

In this scientific paper are presented the results of research and human rights analysis in the special investigative activity provided by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The paper is devoted to the principles of special investigative work, fundamental human rights, respect for privacy, inviolability of home, correspondence and respect for personal data. In the view of the authors, the dedication of this subject is determined by the difficulties of understanding and homogeneous application of the legislative provisions in carrying out the functions of special investigative activity.
