Bootstrap values higher than 70% from RAxML (MPBP) (left) and Bayesian posterior probabilities greater than 0.95 (BIPP) (right) are given above the nodes. Asterisks indicate bootstrap values of less than 70% or Bayesian posterior probabilities lower than 0.95.T indicates ex-type isolates; isolates obtained in this study are in red.
