This deliverable describes the activities and outcomes of the COVRIN WP2-T2.1 sub-task ST2.1.2 (Harmonisation sampling and methods NGS), in which a Bioinformatics Ring Trial was carried out in order to assess the reproducibility of bioinformatics pipelines (i.e., from raw reads to consensus sequences, using reference-based mapping) currently being applied for genome analyses of SARS-CoV-2 (and other coronaviruses - CoV) in the partners institutes.
