Description
The article should be understood as an impulse for a workshop at the GMW Annual Meeting 2018. In particular, he analyzes the development of Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) and Technology Enhanced Teaching (TET) in academic education with the aim of taking stock of current requirements and educational opportunities. The aim of the authors is the attempt to derive perspective scenarios for a largely digitized teaching, learning and testing in the study, teaching and further education of universities in Germany. Against the background of society as a whole advancing digitization as well as the high innovation dynamics of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and the associated transformation and transformation processes, it can be assumed that the TEL and TET scenarios. The next step is to specify the prerequisites for and also the readiness of the university regarding the infrastructure and competence of the teachers, but also regarding organization and legal matters. This makes it compatible with current discussions such as the European Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu, see https://ec.europa.eu/jrc/en/digcompedu) and Artificial Intelligence in Europe (https://ec.europa.eu/digital-singlemarket/en/news/communication-artificial-intelligence-europe), which have been published in recent months.
