Estimation of technical techniques of tennis players 10-12 years with the use of methods of parallel cinema and ballroom element estimation
Description
Purpose: to improve the efficiency of the method of correcting errors in the techniques of tennis players by the complex application of the methods of parallel motion pictures and scoring of elements. Material and methods. The study involved 24 athletes aged 10-12 years with an experience of training 36-44 months, attending sectional tennis classes in the sports club "Polytechnic" National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute", the city of Kharkov. 12 athletes were included in the experimental group and 12 in the control group, each of which consisted of 6 female athletes and 6 male athletes. The experiment was carried out sequentially during two academic years (2016-2017 and 2017-2018 academic year). The duration of the experiment during each academic year is 27 weeks, which corresponds to the general preparatory stage of the preparatory period of the annual cycle, during which the basic technical training of tennis players takes place. The experimental group trained by the advanced program of integrated training using the methods of parallel motion pictures and scoring elements in the technique of correcting errors in the techniques. For the control group, traditional integrated training systems were used. To study the dynamics and comparative analysis of the results of the experiment, control testing was conducted to assess the stability of the performance of techniques - a kick from the rebound by the open plane of the Forehand racket, a kick from the rebound by the closed plane of the Backhand racket. Results. The proposed improved method for correcting errors in tennis techniques has increased the effectiveness of the training process, as evidenced by the increase in the stability indicators of various kickbacks. The data obtained make it possible to recommend an improved method for correcting errors to be introduced into integrated tennis training systems for 10-12 years. Conclusions. The analysis of the effectiveness of using the methods of parallel motion pictures and scoring of elements confirmed their availability, informativeness, the possibility of an individual approach in the selection of methods and means of eliminating errors in tennis techniques.
