Diurnal Hyperspectral and Fluorescence Imaging Dataset of Solanum lycopersicum L. (cv. Moneymaker) Under Controlled Irradiance
Description
This dataset contains hyperspectral and chlorophyll fluorescence imaging data acquired during a diurnal experiment on four-week-old tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum L. cv. Moneymaker). Plants were exposed to sequential photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) acclimation steps increasing from 100 to 1500 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ in 200 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ increments, and then decreasing back to darkness.
