Description
The YUFE Competence Framework for Researchers is inspired by existing frameworks at some YUFE universities, and the European Competence Framework for Researchers (ResearchComp) that is currently under development (European Commission, Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, 2022). The aim is to to identify, develop and reward talents, in order to increase societal impact across Europe, and to reach high-quality research and teaching.
