A collection of data on workers' and trade union perspectives curated by the Work Futures Observatory at Nottingham Trent University.

The central purpose of this archive is to reduce demands on the time and energy of workers and trade union officers, by facilitating reuse of existing research data by bona fide researchers.

Researchers from bona fide institutions are welcome to join the community by emailing tom.vickers@ntu.ac.uk. Membership enables submission of your anonymised datasets for inclusion in the community and access to the same from other researchers. Submitting researchers retain responsibility for managing access to their data, consistent with the consent of their participants. In line with the principle 'as open as possible, as closed as necessary', both public and restricted content is accepted. See note on how Zenodo handles restricted content. We aim to respond to requests for membership of the community within one calendar month.

Trade unions and other workers organisations are welcome to refer researchers to this community for review of existing data prior to granting access to participants for new data collection, as a way of managing demand.
