The Primary Objective of the VoCS project is to train a new generation of scientists and engineers on integrated knowledge from different disciplines in Voice Communication Sciences, and of the entire value chain from basic voice science to user-oriented medical and forensic applications. These future experts will have the skills necessary to spearhead the next generation of Voice Technology and will constitute an alumni network for invigorating and structuring this exploding market for European citizens.

The VoCS project is committed to fostering the next generation of voice scientists. The aim is to equip 19 doctoral candidates (DCs) with a comprehensive knowledge of cognitive neuroscience, acoustics, phonetics, and computing science.

This is an MSCA-DN project funded by the European Union under GA 101168998.
